Orders

When checking out, you must provide accurate information and use an authorized form of payment. Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, failed payment, an incorrect price, unavailable inventory, a technical error, a legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.

Product Information

We aim to present product information accurately. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation, or other reasonable factors.

Prices and Charges

Product prices, shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes, and the final amount payable are presented at checkout.

Payment

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment remains subject to successful authorization as well as applicable fraud and security checks.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Holidays, promotional periods, and unusually high order volume may extend processing to as many as 5 business days.

Shipping

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Available methods and charges appear at checkout. Based on inventory, item location, and destination, fulfillment may be handled by our facilities or designated partners.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Once an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method and is generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel before fulfillment. We will make a reasonable effort to act on the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started. A cancellation completed before fulfillment does not carry a cancellation fee.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

For an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order information and, when appropriate, photographs or video. After review, a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution will be offered according to the circumstances.

Promotions

Eligibility, end dates, product limits, and any other conditions for a promotion are displayed with that promotion.

Errors and Availability

We may correct genuine mistakes involving prices, descriptions, inventory, or website technology. If such a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will explain the issue and provide an available resolution.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
